Had a real good stay for anything on this visit, everything was excellent. We were offered freshly prepared breakfast even with vouchers. - the pool area was very clean. - the location was magnificent and perfect, really close to Princess and Ontario, and 401 and downtown.

Its location in Kingston was favourable, near to the restaurant and a nice pool/sauna and steam rooms and hot tubsI and downtown and early check-in. The staff were attentive and responsible, everything was good.

It was in the central location close to train station. The room with whirlpool bath very comfy bed.

The venue is exceptionally clean and conveniently located near the train station, which is a great advantage.

The swimming pool for the kids

There was no fridge in my room, some friends paid the same rate and they had one without asking for it. I did not know that we have to ask for a fridge to have . Even in motels, you have a fridge in the room. we have gone to an outdoor water park and we used the shampoo that was available in the room. We stayed for 2 days, they never gave us another shampoo, we washed with the soap. I hate asking for obvious things normally, they should replace the missing thing without asking for them.

In overall, the place is pleasant, has knowledgeable staff from reception to chambermaid. The food is fab and delightful. The location is marvellous, 5 km from Wolfe Island. It's based in secure area, in the water park.

This place is a great spot to stay if you want to explore the city, with a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast and a convenient central location.

Got a nice, new room with a great jacuzzi. 🛁 the breakfast at the restaurant was amazing, even with the vouchers.

over priced for what it is... the fire alarm went off every time we use the bath or shower.

The food is over priced and the washroom on the first room we stayed , the toilet was dirty. The view for both the rooms we stayed were horrible, facing the back.

The staff was friendly upon check in.

We asked for a wake up call which never happened. We had to drive to Ottawa to catch a flight and were late as a result. There seemed to be a tournament and several groups of adults partied in the hallway until 1:30 a.m.
